"Jack"

Jack (and his six brothers and three sisters) pedigree
The newest addition to the family is "Jack" (Katai's Cap'n Jack Harkness) - Jack is from the Doctor Who litter (his brothers are Katai's The Ninth Doctor and Katai's The Tenth Doctor.) Jack is now six months old and has been in his first show. On the day he turned six months, (March 27th) Jack went Best Of Breed. We have high hopes for this little guy! Unfortunately, he then got sick and had to be pulled from the circuit. If his foot is better in time, he'll be in the Springfield and Rhode Island shows in April.
They say dogs take on the personality of the name they're given. Well, Jack sure seems to have! If you're familiar with the New Doctor Who, you'll know who Captain Jack is. Well, Jack the puppy loves everyone and meets strangers with full body wags and stealth kiss attacks. He's never met someone he didn't want to cuddle. He has definitely taken on the character of his namesake. (And he's just as cute!) If you notice in the pictures, his tail is usually a blur because he won't stop wagging it! I have to say, "Jack, stop," or "Ja-Ack" and je tried to control that butt wiggle, but he's just a baby. One of the pictures below is of one of his "Jack attacks" where he just let's go and runs around bowing and jumping and yodeling.
We have great hopes for this puppy - he comes from a long line of National Specialty winners, Beikoku winners, and Westminster winners. Jack's mother, "Kat" is from Susan Norris Jones at Sunojo in BC. She is the most awesome dog, though perhaps the laziest in history. Maybe I shouldn't have named her "Kat". She's a Bob daughter and her mother goes back to some of the earliest imports into the US and Canada. Jack's father, "Raiff" is a Sho Go Gold Typhoon grandson, through his mother - San Jo Social Butterfly (ChoCho) and his father is a Japanese Import, "Jou" who has since moved on to the Netherlands. Here are some more pictures of Jack
Look out! It's a Jack ATTACK!
